IT Support - Overview
Juno Software Ltd provides support for Windows based networks using Microsoft qualified engineers to configure, support and troubleshoot business networks.
Juno Software Ltd offers fixed monthly cost IT Support plans which all include: -
- Remote IT support for servers, desktops and printers
- Remote resolution of network software issues
- 4 hour on-site response for servers with replacement loan equipment when required
- 8 hour on-site response for desktops with replacement loan equipment when required
- Support issues dealt with Microsoft qualified support engineer(s)
IT Support Packages

- No setup fee
- Unlimited telephone support
- Remote access support for the operating system
- Full PC diagnostics
- Return-to-base hardware with no labour charges with parts installed at cost
- On-site call out charged @ £50.00 plus travel expenses @ 40p per mile
- 1 GB on-line backup data allowance included
- 3 months minimum contract
